Hero Feathers are a very important and very hard-to-come-by item in Fire Emblem Heroes. You can't even purchase Hero Feathers with money or Orbs, either.

They're used to to "Unlock Potential" for your Heroes, a menu you can access by going to Allies => Advanced Growth. Unlocking a Hero's potential will increase their rarity by one, ultimately making them more powerful, but it's quite costly!

You can merge the same Heroes of the same star rarity to reduce the cost of Hero Feathers it will take to Unlock Potential, but it's only reduced by as much as you'd get by sending that unit home. Also keep in mind you'll lose the extra stat boosts once you do Increase Potential. Because of this, it's only recommended to merge if you're planning on unlocking the potential of that same Hero, otherwise you should just send the hero home for Hero Feathers.

As of now, doing well in Arena Duels is the best way to amass a lot of Hero Feathers at once. You can do three battles at the Arena a day, so make sure you do them. Seasons are only six to seven days long, so you have limited opportunity to climb the ranks. If you're close to hitting the next tier of rewards, we suggest you use a Dueling Crest to restore your Dueling Swords, which will allow you to participate in more duels, possibly pushing you the last bit needed to get to the next rank. On the seventh day, the Arena will close and you will be awarded the Hero Feathers you earned by entering the Arena at this time.

Davos counsels that House Lannister is the true enemy and urges Stannis to make peace with his younger brother Renly Baratheon . Stannis says that he will not make peace with Renly while he is claiming the throne. Davos notes that many lords have already declared for Renly including Mace Tyrell and Randyll Tarly .

Stannis and Melisandre arrive to the Chamber of the Painted Table, finding Davos and Matthos already there. Davos reports his success recruiting Salladhor Saan and his pirate fleet. Stannis is doubtful of their capability but ultimately relents to Davos's arguments and promises that Salladhor will have his share if he gets the job done and dismisses the men. As they leave, Melisandre stops Matthos and whispers in his ear. [3]

Stannis, accompanied by Melisandre, Davos and several guards, meets Renly on the coast of the Stormlands to parley . Renly brings Catelyn Stark , Brienne and Loras Tyrell along with his own guards. Renly feigns confusion over his banner and wonders why Stannis’ version of the stag is aflame.
